4. Set date and poster campaign for Debris Clearance Day
A. Thanks to those involved in the 2 successful Debris Clearance Weekends (5/6 June and 12/13 July)

Huge praise was afforded to those volunteers who attended the two previous Debris Clearance Weekends
Karin to seek permission from Renfrewshire Council for 3rd Debris Clearance Weekend
Desmond has already instructed the advertising material/subject to Coucil permission
5. An Initiative for Remembering the Forgotten - November 2025
A. Proposal – on the whole, only service personnel killed in action in either WW1 or 2 are recognised by the War Graves Commission. This initiative would remember every member of the armed forces killed and buried within Hawkhead Cemetery by displaying a wooden cross at their grave.
